Sunday, September 28th - Rooftop Party

I was hanging out watching TV tonight when I heard some people outside yelling and screaming so I looked out my window to see what was going down, when I saw this girl dancing topless on the roof of a building across the street. I decided it would be funny to take a picture of it and put it on the internet for the world to see. By the time I got my camera out she had climbed down off the actual roof and continued to dance around on the deck. I shot this photo at ISO3200, 1/50th sec shutter speed, f2.8 at 200mm with my 30D. Pretty grainy but all in all it gets the job done. Add Comment (7)

Friday, September 26th - Toronto Bus

Yesterday was a lot of fun for me. Rob Dyer from Skate 4 Cancer was in town for the day as he continues to make he way across Canada on a skateboard to promote cancer prevention and awareness. I met up with him early in the day and hung out with him as he made his way down to MTV. I will have many great photos from the day once I have the chance to process all of them. For now I wanted to post this photo I took as we were leaving MTV at around 7:30pm. The subway line was closed in Toronto yesterday from Bloor to Lawrence station so anyone heading north had to take a bus. As you can see in this photo, those north bound buses were packed and I am so glad I didnt have to ride on them. I am also throwing in a photo I took while waiting outside for MTV Live to start of a helicopter hovering over the MTV building. Add Comment (3)

Tuesdsday, September 23rd - Shad

Here are the rest of the photos of Shad from the show on the 17th. I really enjoy seeing Shad perform. He has this intense energy and happiness in his performances which makes it just that little bit better. Add Comment (1)

Monday, September 22nd - Flash!

I am going through my photos of Shad from the show on the 17th and I come across this one photo where someones flash has gone off at the exact moment I took my photo. It is very surprising how often this happens while I am shooting shows. I pretty much end up with at least one of these a night. What are the odds? Add Comment (0)
